The Chicago Bears (2-2) snapped a two-game losing streak in an encouraging 24-18 win over the Los Angeles Rams (1-3) on Sunday.

The Bears' social media team shared a glimpse inside the locker room following the big win, where head coach Matt Eberflus addressed his players for their performance in a "team victory" and playing with passion, which resulted in something "special."

The game ball went to tight end Marcedes Lewis, where the 19-year veteran made history on Sunday. Lewis played in his 272nd NFL game, where he passed Jason Witten for most career games played by a tight end in NFL history.

Lewis, one of the offensive leaders, was overcome with emotion when addressing his teammates. He spoke to the feeling of getting a victory with his teammates, especially after what's transpired in the first three games. The offense struggled to find any semblance of a rhythm or identity, where offensive coordinator Shane Waldron came under fire.

In fact, there was a leadership meeting with Waldron and some offensive leaders, including Lewis, Caleb Williams and DJ Moore, where they told him he needs to be more aggressive in his coaching, per Jay Glazer. While the offense got off to a rough start in the first half, they established the run game and orchestrated three touchdown drives in the Week 4 win.

"Everything we talked about during the week showed up today. Now we can look in that mirror. We are who we know we are. So the big part of it is coming back next week and doing it again. Anybody can do this once, man. Anybody. We're special in here, man. You got to believe it."

Following this win, the offense has something to build on. They established the run with running backs D'Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson while Williams continues to make strides in his rookie season. Not to mention, it doesn't hurt to have a good defense at your back.

The Bears will host the Carolina Panthers in Week 5, where Chicago will look to stack back-to-back wins and continue to establish their offensive identity.
