London City Lionesses full-back Grace Neville has signed a new one-year contract with the club.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Pride this evening.

It has been reported that London City Lionesses have the option to extend the arrangement by a further year next summer.

Neville is one of two players to have been with London City Lionesses since their debut season back in 2019/2020. The 24-year-old New Zealand international defender has made 63 appearances for the club in the Barclays Women’s Championship in which she has scored three goals.

The player knows exactly what London City Lionesses stand for and she will be aiming to display the club’s values on the pitch again in 2024/2025.

After signing her new deal with The Pride, Neville said “I can’t wait to get started because it feels like this kind of opportunity has been a long-time coming. The Club is in a brilliant position and I’m really proud and excited to be a part of it.

“Previously, we were fortunate to have good people and players come through the door. Now, we have a whole business model, training ground, and strategy to go with it. I really think this year could be the year that we push for promotion and turn our aspirations into reality.”

Neville is the fourth player to sign a new contract with London City Lionesses this summer.
