Liverpool XI vs RB Leipzig: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup and injury latest for Champions League

Liverpool could be without Diogo Jota for their Champions League clash with RB Leipzig on Wednesday.

The striker lasted only half an hour in Sunday’s 2-1 win over Chelsea and manager Arne Slot confirmed he would be “surprised” to see the Portugal international fit for the game.

It was a blow for the Reds, who head to Germany having won both of their European games thus far.

Slot also revealed that Trent Alexander-Arnold was a doubt for the Blues clash before the game, though he did ultimately make it.

Liverpool will certainly be without Alisson Becker and Harvey Elliott, while Conor Bradley also missed the Chelsea game.

Federico Chiesa has missed the last four games due to an unspecified injury, so it remains to be seen if he can feature.
