📽️ Liverpool cult hero grabbed his first club goal exactly 9️⃣ years ago

Despite being a bit part player for much of his time at Anfield, Divock Origi remains a cult hero on Merseyside, grabbing key goals when the Reds needed him most.

But it took him two months to find his first in a Liverpool shirt, a goal which quickly turned into the only hat-trick of his club career to date as he helped his side thrash Southampton in the Carabao Cup and advance to the semi-finals.

The two sides meet again in the quarter finals of the competition this year.

Will someone else be able to step up following the Belgian's departure?
