His little brother dreamed of making baseball team. So he stepped up to make it happen.

Teamwork makes the dream work, and there's no better example than that of two baseball-mad brothers.

When Sebastian learned that his 7-year-old brother, Lucas, was eligible for baseball tryouts, he sprang into action. The siblings, who are homeschooled, share a close bond, and Sebastian was determined to help Lucas succeed.

The 10-year-old confided to his mom, Nicole, that he didn't want Lucas to be disappointed, because seeing his little brother sad would break his heart too.

Day after day, the boys spent as much time as possible preparing for the tryouts, giving their afternoon training sessions all they'd got.

Finally, their mom came home with the news they’d been eagerly waiting for.
