The Lightning visit Montreal for Atlantic division matchup

The Lightning will close out their first back-to-back of the week on Tuesday, before heading to Chicago and Detroit to complete one more.

Tampa Bay is coming off a 5-3 loss on Monday to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Another slow Lightning start mixed with a coverage breakdowns put them behind early, and despite a mid-game push, they never fully caught up.

The loss to Toronto gives the Lightning a 3-7-0 record in the Atlantic Division, one they’d like to improve on. The good news? They have a chance to do it quickly in a Tuesday night matchup against the Montreal Canadiens.

Montreal (23-19-4) has found their stride as of late, winning five of their last seven games.
