Lightning Superstar Ties Sidney Crosby With Amazing Stat

Lightning superstar Nikita Kucherov did his part to try to secure the Bolts a win, as he scored the game-opening goal during the first period. With this, Kucherov extended his point streak to 10 games, with five goals and 16 points over that span.
According to NHL Public Relations, this is the 11th time in his career that Kucherov has had a 10-game point streak. With this, he has tied Pittsburgh Penguins captain and future Hall of Famer Sidney Crosby, as No. 87 has also had 11 of them during his career.

Kucherov has been a dominant offensive player throughout his NHL career, and tying Crosby with this impressive stat only proves that further.
With his ongoing hot streak, Kucherov now has 22 goals, 70 points, and a plus-12 rating in 44 contests with the Bolts this season.
