While the Lightning have had their ups and downs this season, forward Anthony Cirelli is undoubtedly doing his part for them. In fact, he has been one of Tampa Bay's top offensive contributors.

During the 2023-24 season, Cirelli set career highs with 20 goals and 45 points in 79 games. While it was an excellent year for the 27-year-old forward, he has hit a new level this campaign. In 45 games, he has 18 goals, 38 points, and a plus-17 rating. With this, he is on pace to crush his offensive totals from last season.

With the Lightning needing as many points in the standings as possible right now, it is significant that Cirelli is having such a good season. He is cementing himself as a crucial part of the Lightning's top six with his strong offensive play. However, he is also maintaining his strong defensive play, so he is making an impact all areas.
