Lightning Recall Promising Blueliner From AHL

The Tampa Bay Lightning have announced that defenseman Max Crozier has been recalled from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.

Crozier, 24, was re-assigned to the Crunch on Jan. 22, but he is now heading right back to the Lightning's roster.

Crozier has appeared in three games this season with the Lightning, posting zero points, six blocks, seven hits, and a plus-1 rating. Down in the AHL with the Crunch, he has three goals and nine points in 22 contests.

The Lightning selected Crozier with the 120th pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. In 16 career games with the Bolts, he has two assists and seven penalty minutes.
