Lightning Hope To Finish November Strong
The Tampa Bay Lightning kicked off November with a less-than-ideal performance. Through their first ten games, the Bolts have only been able to win four while only amassing 10 points in the standings.

The Lightning started off their season 7-4 and looked to be trending in the right direction after they pulled off a 5-2 victory on the road against the Colorado Avalanche. They proceeded to drop the next four games, where the goal differential was -7. The four-game skid was capped off by a 2-1 shootout loss to the Philadelphia Flyers, where the Lightning held the lead for most of the showdown. Tampa Bay would ultimately bounce back the next week with an impressive win over the then 15-1-0 Winnipeg Jets.
November has certainly been a month of highs and lows. The win against the Jets would propel the Lightning to two more wins before they fell short in a high-scoring affair to the lowly Columbus Blue Jackets. After dropping a second straight to the Stars, the Lightning returned with a vengeance last night as they dominated the Colorado Avalanche 8-2 to take the season series.
The Bolts have three games left on the November schedule, and with December on the horizon, they can set things right.
