After starting the season injured for the Crunch, Finley returned to the lineup in December. Since then, he has played quite well for the Crunch, posting two goals, six points, and a plus-5 rating in 10 games. This is after he had 13 goals and 32 points in 52 games with the Crunch last season.

Finley, 22, was selected by the Lightning with the 57th overall pick of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The 6-foot-6 forward has good upside, and he will now get his first regular-season chance on the Lightning's NHL roster because of his solid play.
It will be fascinating to see how much of an impact Finley can make from here.
