The agent of Mattia Liberali believes that the young playmaker has already shown some of what he can do, but also encouraged patience regarding his development.

During the pre-season tour of the United States, Liberali was perhaps the main revelation as he impressed in the starts he got, leading for some fans to call for him to be a permanent first team member.

However, chances have not arrived, and the 17-year-old has not been thrust into the limelight just yet, instead dividing his time between the Milan Futuro team and the Primavera.

The reliable Matteo Moretto reported earlier in the week that Atalanta and Fiorentina keeping tabs on the situation, it seems that they could have been ‘alerted’ about a possible move.

Stefano Antonelli – Liberali’s agent – spoke to Radio FirenzeViola about the situation surrounding the teenager and what the future might hold. His comments are via MilanNews.

“When there’s a talent like this, it’s easy to talk about him. There are many teams, I read about Fiorentina and Atalanta being interested in a pure talent, this is nice. He has already shown something, but let’s make him take a few more steps,” he said.

“As for characteristics, he is an attacking winger, who plays between the lines, who starts on the right to come back on the left and who therefore reminds us a bit of Foden.

“His future is still open, I am not ruling anything out. I can tell you that we have never spoken to Fiorentina with Liberali, but I imagine that La Viola appreciate him.”
