BBC chief football writer Phil McNulty has been answering your questions.

Fred asked: Should the pressure be on Spurs chairman Daniel Levy instead of Ange Postecoglou? It's 24 years and 14 managers yet he never takes the fall.

Phil answered: Morning Fred. Great question and one being posed by a few people now. When you have appointed that many managers it suggests you have been getting a lot of your choices wrong and should be under serious pressure, but that does not seem to be the way it works at Spurs.

Levy should be placed under the microscope if this continues to happen but he just seems to carry on.

It is a fact of life, however, that football managers are judged by results and at the moment Postecoglou's results are not good enough.

I've seen Spurs this season when they have been scintillating, just take the wins at Manchester United and Manchester City, then they drop off so badly.

Postecoglou insists he will never change his style but if that style continues to be a losing one then we all know how this ends.

The approach is admirable and incredibly entertaining – but too often it is entertaining for the opposition rather than Spurs and their supporters.

It seems, though, that pragmatism is a dirty word for Postecoglou.
