Team USA has put together an “iconic” roster for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Hoping to bring home another gold medal in the men’s basketball tournament, Team USA announced LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Kevin Durant will lead the team in the upcoming Summer Games.

The men’s national team roster also includes Bam Adebayo, Devin Booker, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Haliburton, Jrue Holiday, Kawhi Leonard and Jayson Tatum.

James’ Los Angeles Lakers teammate, Anthony Davis, and Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards round out the roster, whose players have a combined history of 11 Olympic appearances and 10 Olympic gold medals.

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr will coach the team at the Paris Olympics, which will take place July 26 through Aug. 11.

"My staff and I are honored to coach this amazing group of players in our quest to win Olympic gold in Paris," Kerr said in a statement. "We plan to represent USA Basketball with the utmost class and we hope to make our country proud."

The team, which was officially revealed on Wednesday, April 17, was handpicked by USA Basketball Men’s National Team managing director Grant Hill.

“I’m grateful to these 12 men for their commitment to represent USA Basketball,” Hill said in a statement. “The United States is home to some of the best basketball players in the world and I appreciate the vast interest in being part of this roster. These decisions weren’t easy, but it was a pleasure to go through the process and reach this outcome.”

During an appearance on TODAY Tuesday morning, Hill said, “We’re giving ourselves a chance to win with the talent we have.” He added, “It’ll be exciting. It’ll be tough. It won’t be easy. We have great respect for all the other teams. But certainly, this is going to be an iconic roster.”

Iconic, indeed. The roster boasts 12 former NBA All-Stars, four NBA MVPs and six NBA champions in total. Durant also comes into the Summer Games having won three gold medals, while James, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, has won two gold medals throughout his Olympic career.

USA Basketball celebrated the deeply talented roster on social media Tuesday morning after the team was unveiled.

“What if our greatest basketball players were stacked on one team?” USA Basketball posted on X (formerly known as Twitter). “No more what-ifs.”

In another post, the organization wrote, "The stars align in the City of Light," with a nod to the team's future in Paris.
