At least 7 players out for Lens’ visit to PSG
According to a report by L’Équipe, at least seven RC Lens players could be unavailable for the club’s visit to league leaders Paris Saint-Germain. Will Still is facing a selection crisis with several players either injured or suspended for the Parc des Princes trip.
Jimmy Cabot and Martin Satriano are both out with long-term injuries, while Ruben Aguilar, Wesley Saïd, Pierre-Ismaëlo Gainou, and Angelo Fulgini have all picked up relatively less serious problems but will likely be unavailable for Saturday’s fixture.
Facundo Medina will be suspended for the upcoming game after he picked up his third yellow card in ten games during the Derby du Nord. The Argentine had performed well during the 2-0 defeat to Lille OSC in an unorthodox position as a central defensive midfielder who shielded the back three.
However, there could be more bad news for the northern club with Andy Diouf and Przemyslaw Frankowski’s presence on Saturday remaining in doubt.
