Leaked: Manchester City’s 2024/25 fourth kit revealed in new ‘unboxing video’

Manchester City’s unreleased 2024/25 fourth kit has now been leaked in a newly-released unboxing video, with the special shirt inspired by Oasis.

The Premier League champions have already released two of their four shirts ahead of the 2024/25 season, showcasing both editions on the field during their pre-season tour of the United States throughout the course of July and into August.

City’s newly-released home shirt pays homage to the Greater Manchester region’s iconic 0161 dialling code, and its connection to regional culture and the music industry in the north-west city, whilst implementing a combination of the club’s traditional sky blue with navy features.

As for the club’s third strip, Manchester City have opted for a largely maroon edition, with golden applications and an on-shirt but discrete design taken from the ship on the club’s crest, as a reference to the city’s shipping history.

But with an away shirt right around the corner, which is widely expected to be the most popular release of the club’s this season, Manchester City’s first-ever fourth shirt has now been leaked in full on social media this week.

As relayed by Footy Headlines, and confirming recent leaked information surrounding the unreleased shirt, a full unboxing video of Manchester City’s 2024/25 fourth kit – inspired and designed around iconic Manchester band Oasis – has been shared by Football Jerseys VZ.

Manchester City’s first-ever fourth kit has a design and colour combination that sees a pale yellow base paired with navy-turquoise logos and teal applications, while the front of the shirt also features a radial gradient deriving from the club’s crest.

As revealed by Manchester City earlier this year, Oasis member Noel Gallagher has also designed the club’s 2024/25 cup kit font, which is also used for elements of the upcoming fourth kit.

As previously revealed by Footy Headlines, Manchester City’s 2024/25 fourth kit will be used on the pitch, and possibly in an FA Cup match in 2025, with an expected launch date of late 2024 or early 2025.

Manchester City and Puma have overseen enormous success in their collaborations on the Premier League champions’ kit designs in recent seasons, having first began their partnership ahead of the 2019/20 season.

Kits designed and released by Puma have broken several records in the process, emerging as some of the most-bought kit designs in Manchester City’s history, and cementing themselves in the club’s on-field history through successes achieved by Pep Guardiola’s side.

The home kit edition of the 2022/23 season, which paid homage to the club’s all-time greatest-ever player Colin Bell, was also the strip that saw Manchester City bring home the UEFA Champions League, as part of a historic Treble feat.
