Lazio president Claudio Lotito attacks Rome’s municipality over survey dedicated to Paulo Dybala
Lazio president Claudio Lotito attacker Rome’s municipality over their latest survey regarding Paulo Dybala’s decision to stay at Roma.
In an interview with Adnkronos criticized the survey launched by Roma Capitale on its official WhatsApp channel to ask the 227,000 subscribers what, in their opinion, is the reason that convinced Paulo Dybala to stay in As Roma and reject Al Qadsiah’s offer.
“Why didn’t they do this survey on Lazio players?” asked Lotito.
“I’m making a very practical point. Rome is the capital of Italy and from a sporting point of view it has two entities, one is Roma and one is Lazio. Lazio is the first team in the capital, if only from a demographic point of view.”
“I don’t understand what the interest of the Municipality of Rome could be in asking citizens why Dybala remained in Rome. What’s the point of asking why a player stays or doesn’t stay?”
“I take note of this survey but I find it out of place from the point of view of the function of the Municipality of Rome.”
“I would worry about carrying out surveys on how services work: healthcare, traffic management. I think this is more important than dealing with why Dybala stayed in Rome.”
