Lamine Yamal breaks another record with stunning strike vs France 👶 😲

It just had to happen didn’t it?

Lamine Yamal has had a stunning EURO 2024 and he has now become the youngest player to ever score at the competition, as well as the youngest to ever score in the semi-final of any major tournament.

With his side trailing inside eight minutes to Randal Kolo Muani’s header, the Barcelona youngster put his side on his back and curled home a simply stunning left-footed strike that had Mike Maignan motionless in his goal.

At the age of just 16 years and 362 days, Yamal unsurprisingly is the youngest ever goalscorer in the EUROs, beating Switzerland’s Johan Vonlanthen’s record from 2004 by a ridiculous 18 months.

He is also the youngest to score in any semi-final, overtaking Pelé, who was 17 years and 244 days when he scored in the 1958 World Cup against, you guessed it, France.

Spain have since taken the lead, but Pelé scored a hat-trick 64 years ago against Les Bleus.

Would anyone rule out something similar from the Spanish boy wonder?
