Kvaratskhelia all set for PSG
The Georgia international is on the verge of formally completing his move from Napoli to PSG. The 23-year-old is set to become the most expensive signing of the January transfer window so far.
Reports in France claim that PSG struck an agreement with Napoli over a €70m fee, payable over three instalments.
Kvaratskhelia is set to sign a deal for four or five years, increasing his salary five times over from the €1.8m per season he earned at the Stadio Maradona to a figure in the region of €9m annually.
He left Naples earlier this week, said his farewells to the supporters and some of the city’s most famous sites, and arrived in Paris on Thursday.
According to reports from Le Parisien, he has since completed and passed his medical examinations on Friday morning.
Kvaratskhelia will reportedly wear the no.7 shirt during his time with PSG.
