Yahoo Sports KV Mechelen eyeing move for impressive KFUM Oslo loanee
According to Het Nieuwsblad, KV Mechelen are interested in signing KFUM Oslo’s on loan winger Petter Nosa Dahl. The 20-year-old is spending another season with the newly promoted side on loan from FK Bodø/Glimt. So far this season the Norwegian U21 winger has played 14 Eliteserien games for the side, starting every game and scoring five goals with two assists. Despite having only been promoted to the top tier of Norwegian football last year, the side from the capital sit in eighth place. KFUM have an interesting history, with affiliation to the YMCA in Oslo.
According to Transfermarkt, Dahl is valued at around €700k and is under contract with Bodø/Glimt until 2027. Back in March of last year Bodø/Glimt spent around €400k to sign Dahl from KFUM before sending him back there on loan. He has yet to make a senior appearance for the side. Whether Mechelen can convince Bodø/Glimt to sell Dahl may require them to go beyond his valuation, given that he has yet to have a chance to fully break into the first team.
