Kraken vs. Ducks Pre-Game Stat Pack

The Anaheim Ducks (8-8-3) will host the Seattle Kraken (10-10-1) on Monday night at Honda Center in the first leg of a home-and-home series between the Pacific Division opponents.

This will be the first of three meetings in 2024-25 between the two teams.

The Ducks enter play on a four-game point streak after having their three-game winning streak snapped with an overtime loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Friday.

The Kraken hope to return to the win column after dropping two of their last three games. Seattle has only managed to pot four goals in those three games against the New York Rangers, Nashville Predators, and Los Angeles Kings.

While still the Ducks' leading scorer with 12 points in 19 games, Troy Terry only has two points in his last seven games and one goal in his last ten. He has 11 points in 10 career games against the Kraken.

Trevor Zegras is heating up of late, with four points in his last four games. He has nine points in ten career games against Seattle, including one of his three career Michigan goals.

For the first time this season, Lukas Dostal has gotten a week's rest since his last start against the Dallas Stars on Nov. 18, a 4-2 victory in which he made 34 saves on 36 shots. He hasn't fared well against Seattle in his career, posting a 0-4-0 record with an .887 SV%.

John Gibson has even worse numbers against the Kraken, with a 2-4-0 record and .865 SV%.

In his young career, Matty Beniers has a stellar 16 points in eight games against the Ducks. He's in a cold spell of late, having only managed one point in his last seven games.

Former Ducks defenseman Brandon Montour has three points in his last two games and has managed to tally five points in seven career games against Anaheim since he was traded on Feb. 24, 2019.

Chandler Stephensen has four points in his last five games and has scored 21 points in 26 career games against the Ducks.

Shane Wright has been scratched for three straight games, having only managed two points in 18 games this season. He has three points in two career games against the Ducks while only averaging 11:07 in those games.

Joey Daccord has stellar numbers in his two career games against the Ducks with a 2-0-0 record, .956 SV%, and one shutout, but he's unlikely to be the starter in this game.

Philipp Grubauer has only started three of Seattle's ten games in Nov. He's only won one of the seven games he's started this year but has a 9-6-1 career record with a .906 SV% against Anaheim.

The Ducks have a 3-8-0 all-time record against the Kraken and have lost seven in a row.
