Kostas Manolas denies rumors of Roma return: “There is nothing true about this.”

Former Roma defender Kostas Manolas addressed the recent reports of his apparent return to the Italian capital.

Despite having been linked with a shocking return to Roma, the Greek centreback – now a free agent – denied this as a possibility.

On his Instagram stories, Manolas posted a photo of himself sporting Roma colors, and denied the rumors.

“I have received many messages since yesterday and I thank all the Roma fans for the affection they have shown. There is nothing true about these things I have read. Forza Roma.”
