Kings' Ilya Kovalchuk puts stunning New Jersey castle up for sale
Professional athletes have enough disposable income to buy themselves some pretty nice pieces of real estate, but this 22,000 square-foot mansion owned by Los Angeles Kings forward Ilya Kovalchuk may just be the most extravagant house I have ever seen.
And it could be yours, if you’ve got $18 million burning a hole in your pocket.
The house is located on 10 Frick Drive, in Alpine, New Jersey. It’s situated on the same street as a mansion which once was the most expensive listing in the U.S. with an asking price of $68.8 million.
There are no photos of the inside of the property, but this floor plan gives you an idea of what the stunning interior looks like.
You know it’s a luxurious spot when it includes an arts and crafts room.
On top of that, this place includes an indoor pool, a theatre, an elevator, 11 full baths, and eight bedrooms.
Practice makes perfect, kids. And even if it doesn’t, it still might be enough to pay for a place like this.
