According to Romain Molina and confirmed by Fabrice Hawkins and Santi Aouna, Kevin Durant is about to become a minority shareholder in Paris Saint-Germain. The NBA star is expected to invest in the French champions with an agreement thought to be close to being officially announced. 

Durant earned his money playing in the NBA where he became widely recognised as one of the best players in the league. In 2016, he joined the Golden State Warriors from the Oklahoma Thunder to create a super team with Steph Curry and Klay Thompson where he was able to win two NBA championships (2017 and 2018). More recently he was part of the US team that won the gold medal at the Paris Olympics.

In 2016, Durant also created a firm Thirty Five Ventures with his longtime manager Rich Kleiman which has gone on to develop a wide investment portfolio that has interests in technology, sports, and entertainment, as well as in artificial intelligence, health and fitness.
