Kansas game prediction
This is a very important game for the Jayhawks.
KU desperately needs to put a stop to its losing streak. A win would allow KU to enjoy next week’s off-week with some positive vibes and perhaps some momentum.
KU’s potent running attack will meet its match Saturday against ASU’s strong rush defense. Teams have averaged just 82.3 rushing yards per game against the Sun Devils. And Arizona State has surrendered just two rushing touchdowns this season.
The Sun Devils’ offense isn’t too shabby, either. Arizona is averaging 32.8 points per game and 409.3 yards of offense.
The key for KU will be to limit turnovers and not let the game become a shootout. If the Jayhawks can close out halves better, they should be in an excellent position to win.
That said, KU has struggled with this all season. Until it actually happens, it’s hard to pick Kansas.
Prediction: ASU 35, KU 24
Shreyas’ pick to cover: ASU (-3)
Shreyas’ record: 1-4
Shreyas’ record against the spread: 2-3
