Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl wins, appearances, record
When dynasties crumble, it puts the world in an unstable place.
That typically allows new people to rise to power, as it's been shown throughout history. When the New England Patriots' reign over the NFL ended, someone was bound to take their spot like an unclaimed table at a busy restaurant.
With that, the Kansas City Chiefs dynasty was born.
Playing in an era that tilted the power in favor of the offense, the Chiefs have taken advantage of that reality. Kansas City has three Super Bowls to show for it, winning three of the last five. Now they're back again in what is just another example of deja vu for NFL fans.
Here's a look at how many Super Bowls the Chiefs have won in their history and their record in those games.

How many Super Bowls have the Chiefs won?
The Chiefs have won four Super Bowls in their franchise's history. Kansas City finally returned to the NFL's mountaintop after winning Super Bowl 54. It was the first time in 50 years that the Chiefs could consider themselves champions. Continuing their run of success, the Chiefs would win the big game in both Super Bowls 57 and 58.
Now they have a chance to make it three in a row in Super Bowl 59. It would be the first time any NFL team has won back-to-back-to-back Super Bowls.
Kansas City has made it to the conference championship game in seven straight seasons, dating back to 2018.
Chiefs Super Bowl record
The Chiefs have a 4-2 record in their six Super Bowl appearances. That ranked for the third-most Super Bowl victories in league history, tied with the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers.
With a win in Super Bowl 59, they would move into a tie for second with the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys.
The Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers have the most Super Bowl wins in franchise history with six each.
