Juventus are expected to be one of the busiest Serie A clubs in the January transfer window, as the Bianconeri are looking for reinforcements, especially in attack and defence.

The Bianconeri need at least one new defender in the January transfer window, as Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal suffered knee injuries in the first part of the campaign and are not expected to play again in 2024-25.

Juventus have been linked with many defenders, especially Feyenoord’s David Hancko, Arsenal’s Jakub Kiwior and PSG’s Milan Skriniar.

Thiago Motta needs a versatile left-footed centre-back who can play in the middle of defence as well as on the left flank.

Hancko would be an expensive purchase as Feyenoord demand at least €30m for the ex-Fiorentina defender. However, the Slovakia international ticks all the boxes for the Bianconeri, while Skriniar could leave PSG on loan but is not left-footed and can’t be adapted to a left-back role.

Juventus will also monitor possible opportunities in attack as Arkadiusz Milik’s return date remains uncertain.

The Poland international hasn’t yet featured for the Bianconeri this season, so Juventus are keeping their eyes open for a centre-forward who can let Dusan Vlahovic rest in some games during the second part of the season.

PSG’s Randal Kolo Muani and, most importantly, Manchester United’s Joshua Zirkzee are said to be on the Bianconeri’s agenda.

Last but not least, Juventus are also expected to sign a new central midfielder if Nicolò Fagioli and/or Douglas Luiz leave Turin after a disappointing first part of 2024-25.
