Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has fully recovered from coronavirus
Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has made a full recovery from the coronavirus. Dybala, 26, reportedly tested positive for the virus for the fourth time in six weeks in late April.
Now, Juve has confirmed Dybala is no longer dealing with COVID-19. In a statement, the club says Dybala was tested and the results came back negative, and as a result he doesn’t have to quarantine at home anymore.
Dybala revealed he and his girlfriend were dealing with the virus in an Instagram post March 21. He said they were “in perfect conditions” despite testing positive.
Following his negative test, Dybala once again took to Instagram to relay the news to his followers.
Dybala is the third Juventus player to test positive for the coronavirus. Blaise Matuidi and Daniele Rugani also tested positive. Both Matuidi and Rugani made full recoveries.
