  • Julianne Hough donned a stunning strapless dress for a fancy fete in NYC last week.

  • The dress showed off the 33-year-old actress's seriously sculpted arms, which were looking so strong.

  • Jules has created her own fitness platform that mixes elements of tai chi, cardio, strength training, qigong, and energy work.

Julianne Hough is currently gracing NYC with her glamorous presence, and recently attended the Robin Hood NYC gala in a stunning strapless gown. She headed to the event wearing an amazing vintage YSL gown from stylist Cherie Balch's archives...and also took to the streets to model it. And she truly looked like an Old-Hollywood movie star!

Jules, 33, stated was a haute couture gown from 1981 in a previous IG post, and shared more behind-the-scenes pics with her IG followers as she readied herself for the gala. And while the gorgeous black silk strapless gown with silver threaded diamond pattern was truly incredible, so were her super toned arms. Julianne is seriously looking so strong!!

"Pucker up buttercup 💋," she captioned the pics.

And her followers and friends are loving the dressed up pics. "Beaut🔥," actress Ariana Debose commented. "Wowza 😍," blogger Tia Stokes added. And I have to say, Jules and her arms were most definitely on fire in that dress.

Julianne is always on the move, whether she's busting an insane dance move or running around a new city, so it's no wonder her arms are looking so strong. The actress actually created her very own fitness platform, KINRGY, that offers 45-minute "high sensory activated dance method" workouts—classes mix elements of tai chi, cardio, strength training, qigong, and energy work...plus dance, of course! That makes for a serious sweat sesh.

And Julianne also hits the gym hard. She has worked with personal trainer Mark Harari, even posting a workout they did together back in February. The session included chest presses, chest flies, weighted lunges, core work, deadlifts, and cardio (plus, some dance moves, of course!).

She got in another workout with Harari in January that included deadlifts, burpees, single leg lunges and more.

As for her diet, she told Women's Health that she tries to avoid foods that cause bodily inflammation. And one of her favrotie post-workout shakes includes avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana. And the girl clearly loves her coffee.

Some of her fave foods that she eats on a daily basis include grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. And she also loves Mexican food. "I love tacos and guacamole," she told WH. "I love food!"

Ditto, Julianne!
