Jets Quarter-Century Team Unveiled
The Winnipeg Jets are the latest NHL club to have their quarter century team released.
Celebrating the year 2025, the NHL has decided to have each of its 32 clubs participate in a 'quarter century' unveiling of its top players from 2000 to 2025.

Each NHL club has had various members of the local media, retired players and executives vote on the players they best determined fit the mould of of the franchise's very best to wear the sweater of the past 25 years.
Each club has announced a first team and a second team of quarter century players.
Winnipeg Jets First Team:
Forward Ilya Kovalchuk
Forward Mark Scheifele
Forward Blake Wheeler
Defenceman Dustin Byfuglien
Defenceman Josh Morrissey
Goaltender Connor Hellebuyck
Winnipeg Jets Second Team:
Forward Kyle Connor
Forward Nikolaj Ehlers
Forward Bryan Little
Defenceman Toby Enstrom
Defenceman Jacob Trouba
Goaltender Ondrej Pavelec
Six total players from the list are active members within the NHL - including five current members of the Jets - while one is pondering retirement, and five others who have already said goodbye to their hockey playing careers.
Three members of the Jets' current roster (Mark Scheifele, Josh Morrissey and Connor Hellebuyck) make up the first team, while Nikolaj Ehlers and Kyle Connor are on the second team.
Ilya Kovalchuk is the lone member of the franchise who only suited up in Atlanta, while Blake Wheeler, Dustin Byfuglien, Bryan Little, Toby Enstrom and Ondrej Pavelec played for both the Thrashers and Jets.
