Jazz Chisholm Jr. hit a step-back jumper for his first roll call at Yankee Stadium
Remember all those rumors about how Jazz Chisholm Jr. would fit in with the New York Yankees clubhouse before the team acquired him from the Miami Marlins at the trade deadline?
We can probably go ahead and declare that a false concern.
In his first five games in pinstripes, he's looked like a seamless fit, hitting four home runs with eight RBI on three strikeouts while giving the team a much-needed spark. And joining the notoriously strict Yankees clubhouse hasn't seemed to dim his electric persona.
In his first game at Yankee Stadium on Friday night, the Bronx faithful got it's chance to see how Jazz would respond to the Bleacher Creatures Roll Call and it's safe to say Chisholm instantly made same new fans.
After making a solid play at third in the first inning, Chisholm responded to the roll call by miming a step-back jumper to the roar of the crowd.

He's going to be just in fine in New York.
