Jack & Soph is a weekly sports podcast hosted by Jackie Redmond of the NHL Network and Sophia Jurksztowicz formerly of Hockey Night in Canada.

It’s finally the holiday season, and to get in the spirit this week Jackie and Sophia talk all about traditions.

Kicking off the show, the two let you in on some of their favourite holiday traditions, including sharing Polish bread and some weird dance that Jackie won’t really give details on.
