Ivan Juric holds possible last Roma pre-match press conference ahead of Bologna

Roma manager Ivan Juric attended today’s pre-match press conference to preview the match against Bologna.

Today’s appearance could be Juric’s last as Roma’s head coach given the insistent rumors of his imminent sacking regardless of Sunday’s result.

“Bologna play really well,” said Juric. “I like the way Italiano has set them up.”

“To be honest with you, I don’t see many differences between the match in Florence and Thursday night, except for the final scoreline.”

“In every game so far there have been moments when I felt the team is mine, in others not so much.”

“I found the match of Thursday very disconcerting, like against Fiorentina. We showed now fight. I saw no soul in the team.”

“Hummels? I have no fight with him. I just pick players based on what they have to do on the pitch, and Cristante did things better than him on Thursday night. I realize it is a difficult decision for him.”

Then he announced, “Dybala will not be available tomorrow. He’s experiencing discomfort in his muscle.”
