Sport Mediaset and Gazzetta report that the Azzurri midfielder was expected to return to Inter’s training ground on Tuesday, but he will instead show up today to resume work.

Barella was not called up by Italy’s national team for games against France and Israel as he had to undergo a pre-arranged nose operation last week.
After the international break, Inter will visit Monza on Sunday, September 15, at the U-Power Stadium The following two matches will be against Manchester City in the Champions League and Milan in Serie A.
According to Sport Mediaset, Piotr Zielinski will resume training with Inter on Tuesday after making two appearances for Poland’s national team during the international break.
Federico Dimarco, Alessandro Bastoni, Davide Frattesi, Marko Arnautovic, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Marcus Thuram will return on Wednesday, while Lautaro Martinez, Mehdi Taremi, Kristjan Asllani, and Denzel Dumfries will be back on Thursday.
