Italy Coach Spalletti Happy with Cambiaso’s Man City Links: “I’m Not Surprised”

Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso has landed on Manchester City’s shortlist, much to Luciano Spalletti’s delight.

At the moment, Transfermarkt estimates Cambiaso’s value at circa €40 million, while Juventus are reportedly aiming to collect €80 million if they were to part ways with their prized asset in the middle of the season.

For their part, Man City have identified the 24-year-old as the ideal replacement for Kyle Walker who requested a January departure. The English veteran is widely expected to join Milan in the coming days. “There is also Atalanta, which is now a club and a team consolidated over the years by Gasperini and his fabulous work.

“Then of course there is Inter who are a complete team. Inzaghi has shown that he is balanced, he knows how to manage a team well.”
