Inter and Qatar Airways: a show and fan activities at San Siro
The match between Inter and Atalanta kicked off an incredible weekend of sports, with the F1 Italian Grand Prix in Monza serving as another major event for millions of fans. It was a special weekend for Qatar Airways, the match sponsor for the Nerazzurri's Serie A Matchday 3.
At the San Siro, Qatar Airways, the Official Airline Partner and now the Official Main Training Kit Partner of the Club, took centre stage with various activities and initiatives.
Several iconic moments were organized, including a meeting between Vice President Javier Zanetti, CEO Corporate Alessandro Antonello, and former racing driver Jacques Villeneuve, the guest of honour at San Siro, as well as an official photo taken during the presentation of a special display case with the training kit to Lautaro Martinez, Piotr Zieliński, and Kristjan Asllani before kick-off.
A group of Cabin Crew members stationed inside the stadium welcomed players and guests at San Siro, which was specially decorated, with the towers illuminated and branded with Qatar Airways for a unique reception for over 70,000 fans. They were also treated to the special atmosphere of the weekend, which featured a Qatar Airways-branded F1 car. Before the match, there were also various fan engagement activities in the stands, with Inter supporters receiving training and warm-up kits branded with Qatar Airways through t-shirt cannons.
