Inter Milan To Put Teenage Wonderkid Signing Straight In Under-19 Team
Inter Milan are planning to put teenage midfielder Andrija Vukoje straight into their Under-19 team after signing him.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.
Midfielder Andrija Vukoje is right on the verge of joining Inter.
The young Montenegrin has convinced the Nerazzurri that he has the potential to become a top player.
Therefore, the Nerazzurri have agreed a deal with ODK Grbalj to sign the 16-year-old.
Vukoje is just undergoing his medicals, and then signing his contract. He will become an Inter player.
Inter Plan To Put Andrija Vukoje Straight Into Under-19 Team
The question now is what Vukoje’s development path will look like at Inter.
Clearly, the Nerazzurri do not see the teenage midfielder as a player for the immediate future. Rather, they will look to gradually give him opportunities.
Vukoje turns seventeen in March. So far, he has made appearances at senior level in the Montenegrin second division.
According to Tuttosport, though, Inter are not going to hold Grbalj back too far despite his age.
The newspaper report that the Nerazzurri’s intention is to have the teenager in their Under-19 or Primavera team right away.
This will give Vukoje an opportunity to prove himself right away.
