Inter Milan Manager Considering Heavy Squad Rotation For UEFA Champions League Clash Vs Bayer Leverkusen
Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi could make numerous changes to his starting line-up in tonight’s UEFA Champions League game against Bayer Leverkusen.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, Inzaghi could bench several first-team stars, including out-of-form captain Lautaro Martinez.
With Francesco Acerbi and Denzel Dumfries unavailable for selection, Inter will rely on Yann Bisseck and Carlos Augusto to fill the void.
Moving higher up the pitch, Davide Frattesi and Piotr Zielinski could displace Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Nicolo Barella.
Despite only recently recovering from a muscle injury, Frattesi is ready to regain his place in the starting XI.

In addition to Zielinski and Frattesi, Mehdi Taremi could reclaim his starting berth.
Indeed, the Iran international is the favorite to team up with Marcus Thuram at the expense of Martinez.
Taremi has been a permanent first-team fixture in the Champions League this season.
He has started all five league-phase games, netting once from the spot in a 4-1 romping of Red Star Belgrade in round two.
But Martinez’s omission has nothing to do with his form wobbles.
Inzaghi wants to rest his captain following a frustrating performance in a 3-1 Serie A win against Parma last Friday.
