Inter Milan Could Equal Juventus On Most Supercoppa Italiana Victories In 2025

Inter Milan could equal Juventus on the most Supercoppa Italiana titles in history if they win the competition next week.

This is highlighted in today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They also note that the Nerazzurri can go clear as the team with the most consecutive triumphs in the competition.

Next week, the Supercoppa Italiana begins for the season.

Inter take on Atalanta in the first semifinal on Thursday. Then the following day, AC Milan and Juventus meet in the other semifinal.

As the Gazzetta note, this edition of the Supercoppa features the three most successful teams in the competition’s history.

Inter Can Equal Juventus With Most Supercoppa Italiana Titles

The Gazzetta highlight the fact that Juventus have won the Supercoppa nine times, Inter eight, and Milan seven.

On the other hand, Atalanta have never won the Supercoppa.

If Inter are to win the Supercoppa, they will equal the Bianconeri’s nine total titles.

Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri have already won the last three editions of the Supercoppa.

There is only one other team with a streak of three Supercoppa triumphs in a row. That is Milan between 1992 and 1994.

Therefore, if Inter were to win it this time around, they’d go clear of the Rossoneri and become the only team to have won the Supercoppa four seasons in a row.
