Igor Shesterkin Set To Return From Injured Reserve

Igor Shesterkin is set to return on Thursday night as the New York Rangers take on the New Jersey Devils after a short stint on injured reserve.

This comes after Shesterkin missed the past four games with an apparent upper-body injury that he suffered in a game against the Florida Panthers on Dec. 30.

Jonathan Quick started three out of the four games Shesterkin was out while Louis Domingue made one start.

Shesterkin has been seen participating in practice all week, gearing up for his return tonight.

In 27 games this season, the 29-year-old goaltender has recorded an 11-15-1 record, 3.10 goals against average and .906 save percentage.
