The Hurricanes' post-win celebration is a glorious sight
The Carolina Hurricanes have been doing a lot of things right this season, but it’s what the club has been doing after many of its games that might top the list.
I, of course, am talking about the absolute gem of a celebration the group has been throwing down after their home wins, which always begins with their version of the ‘Viking Clap.’
Previously, it concluded with a sprint and leap into the glass at the far end, but after Friday’s 4-2 dub over the San Jose Sharks, they opted for an abbreviated bag skate to centre before turning and “kayaking” on their butts back the other way.
It’s unlike anything else you will see in the NHL, and tonight it was a damn sight to behold.
Another win. Another epic celly. #TakeWarning pic.twitter.com/IrTemQaLOn

This celly is so legit and so, it seems, are the Hurricanes, who now sit first in the Metropolitan Division after winning their last two and coming out of the gate on a 6-3-1 clip.
Even that boring Museum guy Dougie Hamilton appears to have quite the personality on him — something owner Tom Dundon clearly appreciates.

Putting it out there now that I’m all in on the Canes here — these dudes are a blast.
