Hummels’ agent speaks: “There is interest from Italy. We will decide soon.”

Mats Hummels is yet to make a decision on his future with Roma as one of the possible destinations in free agency.

In recent days, the Giallorossi emerged as a concrete possibility for the veteran defender who was linked as a replacement for Chris Smalling.

In the meantime, Hummels’ agent and father, Herrman, spoke to Il Romanista about the player’s future.

“There’s many interested clubs, also in Italy,” said Herrman Hummels.

“What is certain is that we will decide soon which team to accept. Our decision will come soon,” he concluded.
