The Hockey Show: Linda Cohn talks goaltending, witnessing NHL history
It was a fun week on The Hockey Show as we got to speak with one of our all-time favorite sports broadcasters.
Joining hosts Roy Bellamy and David Dwork was ESPN SportsCenter anchor and Seattle Kraken host Linda Cohn.
In addition to chatting about Kraken Assistant Coach Jessica Campbell and the injury to Alex Ovechkin putting his amazing, record-chasing season on hold, Linda was also reminded about an upcoming anniversary of her participation in a very special goaltending event that took place in South Florida.
This spring will mark 10 years since the Panthers held an open goalie tryout. On the ice that day was both Cohn and Dwork, and they reminisced about the fun morning on the ice and what it felt like getting shot on by NHL players.
Dave and Roy also got into the struggling Florida Panthers and gave their wins, losses and hot takes of the week.
