Highest-paid QBs in the NFL for 2024: Salaries for the 32 highest paid NFL quarterbacks
Quarterback is the most lucrative position in the NFL.
Hours before the first Sunday of the 2024 season kicked off, Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys agreed on a record four-year, $240 million deal, per multiple reports. The deal not only makes Prescott the highest-paid quarterback, but also the highest-paid player in NFL history.
Prescott's new deal includes $231 million guaranteed, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.
Not surprisingly, the league's top 18 highest-paid players are quarterbacks.
Who is the highest-paid NFL quarterback?
Dak Prescott's new four-year, $240 million deal makes him the league's first $60 million per year player. Prescott leapfrogged the Cincinnati Bengals' Joe Burrow, Jacksonville Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence and Green Bay Packers' Jordan Love as the highest-paid NFL QB.
The Kansas City Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes has the longest contract at 10 years worth the most total value, $450 million.
