Here's the star-studded voice cast of 'Invincible' and who they play

Superhero fatigue is real, but Prime Video's animated series "Invincible" is the exception.

The show, based on the comic book of the same name, wraps up its second season Thursday. But the titular superhero's journey is far from over because the streamer renewed "Invincible" for a third season back in April 2021.

Here's a guide to the voice cast and the characters they play.

Emmy-winner Steven Yeun plays Mark Grayson, a high school student and young superhero who goes by the name Invincible.

Yeun is known for his breakout role as Glenn on AMC's "The Walking Dead." He's since become an Oscar nominee for his performance as Jacob in the 2020 film "Minari." More recently, Yeun won an Emmy, a Golden Globe, a Critics' Choice Award, and a SAG Award for his role as Danny Cho on the Netflix series "Beef."

J.K. Simmons stars as Nolan Grayson, more commonly known to most civilians as the superhero Omni-Man.

Simmons' wide-ranging career includes roles in critically acclaimed films like "Whiplash," which earned him his first Oscar; and "Juno," in which he played Mac MacGuff. He's known for portraying J. Jonah Jameson in several Marvel films, most recently reprising the role for the 2023 animated movie "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse."

The actor has also voiced characters in "Zootopia," "Kung Fu Panda 3," "American Dad," and "BoJack Horseman."

Sandra Oh plays Debbie Grayson, Mark's strong-willed mom and wife of Nolan.

Oh rose to fame starring as Dr. Christina Yang on the long-running medical drama "Grey's Anatomy." She's also known for her work as the titular character of the TV show "Killing Eve." Oh is a two-time Golden Globe winner for her performances on both series. She's also a 13-time Emmy nominee.

The actor is no stranger to voice work, having portrayed characters in the animated films "Turning Red" and "Raya and the Last Dragon." She's also voiced characters on "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power" and "American Dad!"

Broadway star Andrew Rannells plays William Clockwell, Mark's friend.

Rannells is known for his Tony-nominated performance in the Broadway play "The Book of Mormon." He's also done a significant amount of voice work since the '90s, including "Yu-Gi-Oh!" "Pokémon," "Big Mouth," and "Trolls Band Together."

Zazie Beetz stars as Amber Bennett, Mark's classmate and on-again, off-again girlfriend.

Beetz made a name for herself as Van on the FX series "Atlanta," which ran for four seasons between 2016 and 2022 and landed her an Emmy nomination.

She also played Domino in the 2018 "Deadpool" sequel and starred alongside Joaquin Phoenix in Todd Phillips' 2019 film "Joker."

Gillian Jacobs voices Eve Wilkins, Mark's classmate who's also a superhero named Atom Eve.

Jacobs is known for portraying Britta Perry on the NBC sitcom "Community," which ran for six seasons.

More recently, Jacobs played Tiffany Jerimovich, Richie's ex-wife on "The Bear" and had a recurring role as Chris Riley on HBO's "Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty."

Grey DeLisle voices a few characters on "Invincible," most prominently Monster Girl, Olga, and Shrinking Rae.

DeLisle has done voice work for TV shows, films, and video games for decades, notably playing Daphne Blake in various "Scooby Doo" projects.

Walton Goggins stars as Cecil Stedman, the director of the Global Defense Agency.

Goggins is known for Emmy-nominated performance on the FX drama series "Justified." He's also appeared in films such as "Predators," "Django Unchained," and "The Hateful Eight."

Chris Diamantopoulos plays Donald Ferguson, Cecil's assistant.

Diamantopoulos also voices other "Invincible" characters like Doc Seismic, Isotope, and Pete.

Before "Invincible," Diamantopoulos earned Emmy nominations for voicing Mickey Mouse on the series "The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse." He also played Russ Hanneman on HBO's "Silicon Valley" and did voice work for the animated series "American Dad!"

Actor and comedian Jason Mantzoukas voices an arrogant superhero named Rex Splode.

Actor and comedian Mantzoukas is known for playing Rafi in the FX series "The League," and for voicing Jay Bilzerian on the Netflix animated series "Big Mouth." He's also appeared on sitcoms like "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," The Good Place," and "Parks and Recreation."

Zachary Quinto stars as Robot, a drone, and a member of the current Guardians of the Globe lineup.

Quinto is perhaps best known for playing Spock in J. J. Abrams' 2009 film "Star Trek" and its sequels. In recent years, he starred on "American Horror Story" and voiced characters on "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder" and "Big Mouth."

Ross Marquand voices Rudy Conners and the superhero Immortal.

Marquand has also played other supporting characters on "Invincible."

Prior to the Prime Video series, Marquand starred as Aaron on "The Walking Dead" and portrayed Red Skull in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor also did voice work for the animated Marvel shows "What If…?" and "X-Men '97."

Khary Payton plays Black Samson, a superhero and member of the Guardians of the Globe.

Payton, another "Walking Dead" actor, voiced the Penguin King in the 2023 animated film "The Super Mario Bros. Movie." He also voiced characters on "The Boys: Diabolica," "Family Guy," and "Big Hero 6: The Series."

Kevin Michael Richardson voices the villainous Mauler twins.

They're not actually twins. Instead, they're the result of a mad scientist who cloned himself.

Like Payton, Richardson was also part of the cast of "The Super Mario Bros. Movie." He voiced Bowser's advisor Kamek.

The actor also voiced characters on "The Simpsons," "Family Guy," "Teen Titans Go!" and 'The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder."

Seth Rogen plays Allen the Alien, a representative of the Coalition of Planets.

Rogen is an actor, writer, director, and producer known for his work in comedic films like "Knocked Up," "Superbad," "Pineapple Express," and "Neighbors." In addition, Rogen earned an Emmy nomination for his role as Rand Gauthier on the limited series "Pam & Tommy."

The actor has done plenty of voice work over the years, too. He plays Mantis in the "Kung Fu Panda" franchise, voiced Bebop in "Teenage Mutant Nija Turtles: Mutant Mayhem," and starred as Donkey Kong in "The Super Mario Bros. Movie."

Ezra Miller's role as District Attorney Sinclair was recast. The character is now played by voice actor Eric Bauza.

It's unclear what exactly prompted the recasting, but the "Flash" star has been the subject of controversy in recent years.

Miller voiced Sinclair in season one, episode six of "Invincible." When the character returned for season two, episode seven, he was voiced by Bauza.
