Hayley chats with Jackie Redmond and Sophia Jurksztowicz about her exciting new position as assistant director of player development with the Toronto Maple Leafs, and details the conversation between her and Kyle Dubas that sealed the deal.

She also talks about her early days in hockey and the adversity she’s overcome to become the champion she is today.
“When I was a kid, I was good when I was younger, and people did not like that as a girl taking a boys spot. So I think from a very young age I learned not to think about the critical opinions of others.”
