Griffiths extends stay as Penybont boss

Penybont manager Rhys Griffiths has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract extension with the Cymru Premier title contenders.

Bont are currently second in the table, one point behind leaders and reigning champions The New Saints going into the second phase of the season.

Griffiths, 44, was appointed Penybont boss in 2016 and guided the club to the Cymru Premier as well as leading them into Europe.

"It just feels like the natural thing to do. I'm really happy at the club. It feels like my club," Griffiths said.
