Gorgui Dieng named assistant GM of the Austin Spurs

Michael Scotto: The San Antonio Spurs have added Mike Noyes as assistant coach and director of player development. In addition, San Antonio has promoted Josh Larson to Austin Spurs general manager and Gorgui Dieng to assistant general manager of the Austin Spurs.
