Glasgow Clan 4-5 Cardiff Devils

Cardiff Devils stayed top of the Elite League with a close-fought win at Glasgow Clan.

However, the visitors had to fight back after going 2-0 down to scores from Cole Ully and Mitchell Heard.

Cody Donaghey hit back for Devils and after Rylan Schwartz restored Clan's advantage, the side from the Welsh capital seized the initiative.

Brett Perlini, Tyler Busch and Cole Sanford put Cardiff ahead and after Tyson McLellan levelled at 4-4 for Glasgow, Josh MacDonald hit the 57th-minute winner for Devils.

The victors are next on the ice at Manchester Storm on Saturday, 11 January (19:00 GMT).
