Girona handed double injury boost for PSV clash
La Liga outfit Girona have on Monday been afforded a double boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that two members of Míchel’s injury-plagued squad have returned to full fitness.
Girona are primed to mark their return to action on the continent on Tuesday night, when the Catalans make the trip to the Netherlands for a Champions League meeting with PSV Eindhoven.
The club’s travelling squad for the matchup, in turn, was this evening unveiled.
And it featured two returning members of Girona’s sidelined contingent, in the form of Pau López and Jastin.
Goalkeeper López has for his part been sidelined since last month, owing to a bone edema in his right hand suffered during training.
Winger Jastin, meanwhile, has not taken to the pitch in a competitive setting since all the way back in May, as a result of an ankle injury which forced the 20-year-old under the knife.
Both, though, are now back in contention to feature once more, having been called up by Míchel to face PSV.
